Hello all!
This is my first time joining an online support group, and I just thought I would tell you a bit about myself.
I am 23 years old, and have been dieting for as long as I can remember.
I am looking forward to giving and getting support in this community so I can finally come to a good place with food and myself. I have come a long way, but there is still much to learn!

Hi MEG and Gosh, you have come a long way - well done. This is a truly great place to be. I seem to be losing weight awfully slowly (um, not the first time I've tried) and I reckon my age is beginning to catch up with me. On the other hand I've been at it (with varying degrees of success) for over 6 weeks now which I've never managed before. The reason I haven't given up again is because of this site for which I am truly grateful. Post loads and we'll get to know you
