Talking Introducing Myself!
Hi everyone! I'm new and was just going to introduce myself. A junior in college and just turned 21. (Yay!) I'm not very good about dieting and need some support, so that I can tone up and lose about 7 lbs. It seems so hard to lose a little weight! But hopefully this will help! I look forward to chatting with everyone and getting tips and everything!

Welcome Cam - get yourself a tracker! I don't know how hard it is to lose the last 7 lbs but I hope I'm planning to find out sometime around the summer

thanks everyone! this actually isn't my last 7lbs its my first 7lbs! so its gonna be hard, but i'm sure with the support here, it'll be great!
