I have been looking around and I think this is the group for me! A brief introduction of myself-
I lost about 7 lbs this past summer with WW and exercising but I gained it all back-I think part of the problem was that I had specific goals (a friends wedding and a trip to Hawaii) so when the events were over I went crazy with the food and no exercising. But I am recommiting myself to having a lifestyle change so I can actually keep the weight off.
I hope I can join your group because a lot of times loosing the first 5 lbs is easy and then everything after that is a struggle! I could really use the support!!

Hi ladies! Some of you know me from the calorie counters and support forums. Since I got my weight down a bit since joining 3FC, I thought it might be OK if I joined you as well. 12 pounds of my weight is "baby weight" (I had my little doll last June) and the other 9 pounds was just regular good ole fashioned flab that I had put on mainly from one summer (2005) of not going to the gym and going out for food and drinks a lot. I look forward to hearing more about you all.
I find that I make my goals to big... "I want a perfect body by summer" but then I remember that it's winter and summer is soooo far away, and then I end up loosing motivation. But this time I've set a mini goal for myself (hubby's birthday), something very obtainable, and hopefully something that once I reach, will motivate me to keep up the pace. Here goes!
