Effective Monday, Jan 11, our Fat Smash forum will close in an effort to help streamline the forum. Most of the recent threads will be transferred to our General Diet Plans forum. We ask that any future threads be created in the General Diet Plans forum and suggest a weekly Fat Smash Support thread be created there to help keep interest in one location and easy to find.
