I started the detox phase this morning but have a few questions. I saw the sample meal plan for the day in the book which lists 3 snacks. On the page that lists snack options, can you choose 3 of those to have as snacks all in one day or just one of those? The book is a little vague so any help would be appreciated!
Also, I am not hungry but have had an awful headache all day since I am eating a lot less protein then I am used to eating. I have had milk, yogurt, beans, but am used to chicken and turkey to keep me full. Any advice????
