Default Extreme Fat Smash

Hi everyone. I am on EFS and i am having a hard time. I have lost 10 lbs which is great, but I don't seem to have lost any for this week. I am eating the small portions and working out everyday. However the lbs do not seem to be moving this week. I am trying to tough it out and hang in there. But is is so hard. Has anyone when through this with EFS?

I didn't lose any fat on weeks 2 and 4. I am not sure if my TOM had to do with one of those weeks. I can't explain it, it was like my body was saying what do you think you are doing...LOL Don't give up though, it might just show up next week on your weigh in. Us ladies do retain a lot of water some days.
Currently I am counting calories because the food choices on EFS were driving me crazy. I might go back to EFS for a week or two later on. I have about 19 more pounds to lose.

How many weeks have you been on it? I stayed on it for almost 5 weeks.

I agree with marion! TOM definitly plays a role. My weight has been bouncing around 176-172 for about 2 weeks. I have now started logging my calories on fitday and was suprised at the calories in some of the things I have been eating. Be paitent! it will come, and it will be worth it. Try to keep a journal and see if something needs to be tweeked. GOOD LUCK
