Default Fat Smash ? Please help if you can

I want to lose 90 pounds and I bought the extreme fat smash book today. However, I read the sticky and it says that the regular fat smash book is the one I should have gotten.
So should I return this book or can I do the extreme fat smash, even though I have a lot of weight to lose?

Please help!!!

P.S. I'm going to Barbados June 24th for my 30th birthday and would like to lose as much weight as possible. So which plan should I follow?????

sky, EFS should be done for a short time, and FS is supposed to be long term. EFS is more regimented (SP?) and the exercise is intense!!! That is why it works...I have done well on both. If you can get the other book read both and choose for yourself. This is a better way of eating no matter what. The cravings will subside and making healthy choices will be no problem. No matter what you choose, BE PREPARED!!!! Plan out your menu for the week as well as your exercise goals. You can do it, and look great for VaCa!!!!!

For that much weight I'd say FS is the best option. I have both books, and chose FS because of the amount of weight I want to lose. FS seems like a healthier option for long term loss.

efs is very strict and the exercising is no joke. Just as the others have stated you should only do EFS for a short period of time. Read up on them both and there is a FAQs in this forum about the 2 diets. I would do the FS since you do have a lot of weight to lose.

Hang in there you will lose the weight just stay focused and you will start to shrink
