Default FS Ph 1 Menu - Opinions?

Hi all,
I bought the FS book a year or so ago but never got a chance to really read through it. Then I moved and had to give up a bunch of books, that one among them. But I've been reading up on the plan and hearing good things about it and just ordered both FS and EFS. I've been doing a bit of research online and I got the basics of FS PH1 from this forum so I'm wanting to start with that until the books come.

I was wondering if the menu I have planned for PH1 fits the guidelines, since I don't have the book yet.

Morning: Tofu scramble with veggies and 1 tsp olive oil and yogurt with sweetener
Mid-Morning: oatmeal and fruit
Afternoon: 1 cup brown rice and beans and steamed or grilled veggies with 1 tsp olive oil and fruit (if hungry)
Mid-Afternoon: homemade veggie soup (no fat) and fruit
Evening: 1 cup brown rice and small salad with low fat dressing
Night: fruit and yogurt (stopping at least 1 hour before bedtime, which is how I understand the rules)

Does this look like it complies with the plan for Phase 1?

Tam

Absolutely, that looks great.

If I were you I'd mix it up a little, because you will get sick of that by day 9 and may be discouraged. A majority of the recipes in the Fat Smash Recipes forum are P1 ready, so I'd definitely check that out.
