Default Portion control concerns?

Hi everyone -

Newbie here I think this program sounds amazing - such great food etc and I think I could live on just Phase 1 and even keeping it vegetarian! My concern is regarding portion control. I know they say when you are eating good, healthy food that the portion control comes naturally, but do you all feel that way? I am a former WW person and I am always thinking about the weighing and measuring part of things. I did think that I could combine the 2 programs if needed...just curious to any thoughts!

Thanks so much!

seamaiden, I do not think portion control comes naturally. However I feel better when I eat more good food than bad food! I also think when you on plan it is easier to stay focused. I am big on planning!!! I always set a menu for the week and post it on the fridge. That way I can just look and not be tempted to cheat. Keep up the good work, you will find a comfort zone, and if not measure what you need to. Good luck!!!...
