I'm on Day 2. Last night, I was extremely discouraged because I was starving and had a horrible headache, questioning whether this is the right diet for me. But, I woke up this morning, and decided to get on the scale, and I was down 4 pounds! I realize it's probably water, but is that possible? Guess I'll keep moving forward too!
congratulations on the weight loss wenwen! Its totally possible, the last time I did EFS, I lost 7lbs in the first week, so its totally doable. Once you get past the first day or two, its smooth sailing.
