Default What do you think you can live with FOREVER from Fat Smash Diet?

On day 7 of Fat Smash and I am wondering what can I make a permanent change in my life from Phases I-IV?

So far, I am committed to:

-trying the alternative or lighter version.

-going meatless at least once per week. Hard, but not impossible now that I am nearing the end.

-Cooking only brown rice.

I have done the above in other areas of a previous life, so it shouldn't be impossible to get back to it!

What will you maintain from Fat Smash?

I seriously did not like rice - white or brown - before Fat Smash. I had to get past that, and looked for other varieties of whole grain rices such as black Forbidden Rice, and found out I really could like rice So I still eat rice and enjoy exploring more exotic varieties of rice and other grains.

Cutting out the soft drinks and the brown rice are 2 permanent changes I plan to make after fat smash.

I like it and hope to change a few things I don't think that this would be very difficult to do even past the 90 days. It is teaching me that I can eat alot all day and not just one meal a day that is killing me.I hope to keep it up as long as possible.
