whats efs? is fat smash better or efs?

help.............i have to lose 15lbs by 5 dec and can someone ps tell me if efs is better or just fat smash? i have to lose 30 lbs totally. its a family reunion and i want to at least look 10-15 lbs lighter.

A pound and a half or two pounds a week is a healthy and normal loss. I am not familiar with efs. I find counting calories works best for me.

Fat Smash is easier than EFS. Not as many limitations. If you are just starting you should do Phase 1 of Fat Smash, and then move into EFS that is my opinion.
