FSD restart...anyone?

So, I've done the FSD 3 times so far, and obviously I haven't done well. I was doing really well last week, but Friday I cheated. And the first time, i lost 6 pounds in phase 1 and this time only 4. Yesterday, my boyfriend's grandfather died, so I kind of went off of it but haven't been binging like I thought would happen. I want to re- start and actually make it past phase 1. Is anyone interested in doing this, or just started that I would be able to join like a group? I really want to be held accountable and do this the right way.

I have Christmas Banquet at the school I go to, the only thing we dress up for at my University lol, and I want to look GREAT!!! Last year, I hated how I looked and I want to be a knock out in my own eyes!!!

Is anyone willing to do this with me, or could someone let me know if their is a group that is jsut starting? I want to start Tuesday, the 7th.

Hey, good luck with this! I did phase one of FSD about a month ago and lost 4 pounds. i thought it was great but by the time i got a week into phase 2 i was going crazy! so i stopped. Now im just calorie counting and have lost another 4 pounds. Im not going to start the fat smash again as i appear to still be losing weight without it but i would definitely do phase 1 again if my weight loss stalled. Good luck and let me know how it goes!
