Talking Restarted FSD

Hey yall!
I restarted FSD on Sunday and so far today I've lost 4lbs
But I know it's mainly water weight but I'll take it. Shoot, I've been working out hard since Sunday. I' ready to get this weight off of my body and do some serious toning. I'll check back in on Tuesday which will be the end of my phase 1!!

Good luck to everyone who is "Smashing"!!

Good luck on restarting FSD.

I should probably re-start the FS diet again soon. It totally works! I love it. I need to get the book from my library again! Keep up the great work!!

Thanks! Yes it works...for me it did/does. I know that at first it's water weight that I'm losing, but shoot, a pound loss is a pound loss.
I'm not hungry and I'm eating a lot of fruit and I love fruit. Good luck to everyone and I'll keep posting my progress.

Yes Yes Yes.... if you stick with it. I lost 12lbs the first time I went through Phase One, and that was even with a terrible run-in with some Oreo Cakesters around Day Five. It is tough, especially when you live with people who are not dieting. But, you CAN make it work. Once you get past the first nine days, you can add in more regular stuff and the diet becomes one that is completely do-able for the long term. It's almost like eating "clean" by removing the sugars, bad carbs and excessive fats from your diet. The way your body feels once you rid yourself of the junk is phenominal. Cravings are tough to work through because we spend a lifetime eating processed stuff and our body thinks we need those sweet or salty things but we don't. You'll feel so much better without them.

I just started EFSD. 3 days in and I lost around 2 pounds. Which is the most I have ever lost! Today, I am sad because I had flat bread at dinner. I feel terrible. Sometimes I think I will never lose weight! Hope everyone else is having better luck!

I started the FS diet about a month ago and lost 12 pounds. Then I stalled. I recently went back to phase one and have not reweighed but I am afraid I blew it last night at a party. I really started out munching on veggies and fruit but caved in. Time to get back on track!! I hope to be down another couple of pounds by Halloween.

Thanks Jill! I'm doing good! I'm still on track. I actually was too afraid to start Phase 2 so I'm still doing Phase 1. I'm not going to phase 2 until I get to 195 and then I'll start Phase2. Gonna go stock up on fruits and veggies in the morning at the grocery store.

Thanks!!
