Default Its dead

Where on earth is everyone? Have you all fallen off the planet or what?

This is not a very active board.

I think the diet plan itself has kind of lost popularity.

I had to pop in just to see what was dead, I am a weight watchers person...so I cannot comment on the diet but your post title was funny ...

Take Care,

I plan on starting on Monday. Weekends are not a good time to start any program in my opinion.

I have a husband to cook for, so I guess I'll need some sort of game plan to make some things he likes that I dont like. I also have a son who stops in for chow as well. They are both big meat eaters. So, this detox will be tricky for me.

I just need to get my butt up off that couch and exercise. Im so terrible at that. How do you get motivated?

Looking forward to meeting you all.
