Thought we could post and keep track of progress and menus!!! lets help each other stay focused and motivated!
Is this a Biggest Loser challenge, is that what the BL stands for? I'm sorry I don't get half the abbreviations I see on here. I would be interested if you tell me what I have to do to get started, like measurements, weigh in, etc, etc..
