Hi All! I am new to this well sorta..I started after losing a bunch of weight and as the weight loss slowed by just calorie counting I tried the FSD and Lost 12 pounds...Since then I have gained all that weight back (Sucks) and I have started this again..its going on my third week and so far I've lost 19 pounds! Anyways it would be nice to talk to some people about this since the girl I was doing it with here stopped and my boyfriend can eat anything he wants and not gain weight!
This is a perfect place for you-there's another thread called "Looking for a buddy or two" and "June Fat Smashers" that are both very popular and there are a lot of us in your predicament that talk there. Why don't ya come on over That's GREAT about the 19 lbs in 3 weeks!! We sound like we've lost a comparable amount of weight. I'm on day 19 and have lost 21 lbs. This plan is awesome!!
