Default Almond Milk and Bananas

Hello Everyone!

I'm new and I have some questions..

Is almond milk allowed? They now sell an unsweetened version. I tried searching but could not find any information on this.

My other question is about bananas. Did anyone eat a large amount of these in phase one and still lose weight? Is there a limit on bananas? I love them, I just don't want to start off on the wrong foot.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the almond milk, but in the FS book it says that "All fruits in any quantity" are allowed, and he doesn't specify limiting yourself on bananas, so I say go for it. I know bananas are used for a lot of the yummy recipes online like the pancakes and the cookies, so I think there are a lot of people who do eat them. I love them, but am allergic!!! I wish I could eat a whole bunch of them-haha.

Hope that helped!
