How many times have you gone back to phase 1?

Just wondering how many times have you guys had to go back to detoxing since smashing. Just curious since the book did mention going back when you got at a stand still.

Every time I've strayed, I've gone back onto phase one to focus myself again. Lately I've been straying a lot, so i've been going back to detoxing a lot. I always feel that once I get through those 9 days, I'm pretty focused for a while. I know there are others who do the same thing. Plus, I've heard a lot of people say that if they had a bad day, then the next day, they'll do phase one to try to make up for the other day.

I have been fat smashing on and off for about a year. In that year I have gone back to phase 1 at least 4 times. It always gives me the jump start I need to get the weight loss moving again.
