Just wondering how everyone is doing on exercising. Love it or hate it, we have to make it part of our lives. Just like showering and brushing our teeth.
I wear a pedometer and try my best to make it to 10,000 steps. I jump onto america on the move's website to help me keep track of my steps. For instance, if you do 30min of yoga, it can tell you how many steps that equals.
Every day when I get home I jump onto Comcast ON DEMAND and do a few exercise programs from there. A lot of them are short 20 minute routines, so I find myself doing two or three in a row. Some days I can manage four of them, other days I'm done after the first one. But I like the selection they have and I feel great on the days I can get through a few workouts. I sit at work ALL day, so I have to do some major exercising when I get home at night to make up for it. If I don't do a video, I make sure to take at least a half hour walk. And believe me, I'd SO much rather just plop on the couch and take a nap!
