I am a returning fat smasher, I had great success with this diet last fall however, I got off track big time in addition to gaining back all of the weight that I lost. So I'm starting back at square root 1. It seems like the support here is still strong as ever ........Lord knows I need it! Its good to know that I'm not alone.... keep ya posted....wish me luck
