I bought the extereme fat smash book and I am thinking about doing it. The thing is I am not sure if it is worth it. I like the diet I am on but my weight loss has slowed down as I have gotten closer to my goal weight. I would like to lose about 12 more and doing so in 3 weeks is very temping. How much have you lost in the first rotation?

The first rotation, I lost five pounds in the first cycle, three in the second cycle, and then none in the third cycle. I had been eating pretty well before I started this diet plan - just picked up the book because it had meal plans already printed and I was tired of logging all my calories.
This diet is really just a LOW GI diet. Just throwing this out there. It can be really good for long term weight loss, but I wouldn't expect fast results.
Hey Ella, I think i'm going to start the EFS too, right now im doing the 9 day detox from the original , but them im going into the Extreme one I think. My height and weight loss goals are similar to yours (i'm 5'8 and my goal is 125) So well have to keep each other motivated! Good luck!
