Talking Forgot to ask about food and coffee

Yesterday I had a
banana-strawberry-yogurt-milk
2 cups of coffee with skim milk and 1 splenda
bowl of green beans
2cups of brown rice with natural spagetti sauce about 3/4 cup
bowl of peas
2cups of green tea
bowl(more like a bag) of spinach
lots of water

the coffee does not make me want to cheat but i just wonder if it will stall progress-i have given it up in the past and thought maybe i might try to sneak it in this time around-any thoughts? Also do you think this is enough food or too much?

Thanks for your help
Colleen

I don't know where you are in your fat smash diet, but in case you are in phase 1 (first 9 days), due note that coffee and all coffee drinks is on the food/drink DON'T List. Just in case you didn't know Good luck with everything!
