Default Sorry for all the questions...but one more!

Ok, in the forum that explained the FS and EFS in a nutshell, it talks about getting about 1300 calories a day if you do FS. I read on another forum that you can eat veggies and fruits as much as you want *as long as you stop when you are full*. I understand that, but what if I do feel full but probably have not come close to the 1300 calories? Do I still eat until I get there or is it better to just stop?

Yesterday I had:

2 Yoplaits (strawberry *I know I need a different kind now*) about 340 calories

Bag of steam fresh veggies (the whole bag) I can't imagine that being more than 200 calories or so

4 Egg whites: 67

Oatmeal (2 packs of the weight control kind): 320 cals

2 rice cake (multi grain brown rice) 120 cals

1 boca burger patty: 70 cals

So that puts me at about 1120 cals give or take. Should I have eaten more to reach my 1300 amount even though I was full? Will not reaching 1300 mess up my weight loss progress? I know its all about portion control so that's why I'm a little confused.
