I am looking for other people on the EFS diet to chat with and share stories with. Those that are in the threads are old posts, and I am looking for new people who are currently on it, starting it or have finished it with success.

Hey! Check out the "daily" Extreme Fat Smash thread. The first couple posts are pretty old, but the last three pages or so are from the last month. There are a couple of us plugging away at it.
