Hi People

It's been awhile. I think the last time I was on here was in October. Despite my hiatus I haven't stopped Smashing. I did gain some of my weight back in Jan but then I entered into a little weight loss challenge with some friends and I am back down to the weight on my ticker which is 269. So yea for me.

I only have til March 31st then our final weigh in is here and I wanna win the challenge so I am going to be going hard. Also my birthday is at the end of May and I hope to hit a mini goal of 250 by then so it can truely be a momentus birthday.

Anyways I just wanted to say hi and see how everyone was. I plan to be around like I was before.

Wow! I'm so inspired by all of your posts!

I started FS on Tuesday (02/26/08) and have already lost 5 lbs on Detox. My cravings are virtually gone, but I sure do miss my coffee! I've been having my 2 cups of herbal tea, but it just isn't the same :P

I have to step it up with the exercise though. It sure is hard to get motivated after work!

Hello . I have been on the Extreme Fat Smash for about 1 month and 1 wk and lost 18 pounds. I am on cycle 3 second rotation. next wk i will start all over again. What do you ladies think. Any suggestions. And keep up the good work. God Bless. My meals are normally at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, then 6pm. I rarely snack but if hungry or feeling lightheaded then will. you should be ok and make sure to drink plenty of water and that you are taking a multi vitamin. That helped me.
