I have lost 23 lbs
4. Are you happy with this diet plan?
I feel that this diet plan has been the best one for me. I love all of the foods and am never hungry.
5. Would you recommend this diet to others?

I actually have mentioned his diet to others. As a matter of fact, I have had some fellow smashers do it with me.
