-absolutely. i think this is just the diet plan for me because i'm learning how to eat better and make proper food choices that will make me healthier.

-in fact i already have and even recruited some of my fellow workout ladies and my hairdresser. it's awesome to do my weigh-ins every week and see the pounds melt off. i know i am on my way to becoming a better me...a new me that i want to be!
