Hey all. I just set up my diet blog and I will be starting the Fat Smash diet on May 16th. I am wondering if there are any fellow fat smashers who use the 3FC blog whom would be interested in being blogging buddies. It doesn't matter if you are just starting like me or further into the phases. I just thought it would be nice to offer support and motivation. If interested, let me know!

I just joined the site today and it will take me a day or two to learn my way around but I would LOVE to be blogging buddies! I completed Cycle 1 and lost 6 lbs! Cycle 2 didn't start so well so I am back to day 1/Cycle 1. Wish me luck!
