Default P1: Very Berry Smoothie

Hi y'all...

I've made this smoothie alot lately everyone keeps eating it up! My friends n family love it so I thought I'd share it with everyone here.

Ingredients:
8oz can of Pinapple (chunk or crushed) in its own juices
8 to 10 Fresh washed Strawberries
6oz Yoplait Light Fat Free Very Vanilla Yogurt
3 cups of Ice
1 Blender!

Makes 4 cups

Oh yea I bought a 32oz Ziploc Container with Screw on Lid (found where the sandwich baggies are at the grocery store) so you can freeze any leftovers to snack on through out the day. When ya freeze it, it tastes like strawberry ice cream.

Phase 2: For even better flavor, add to the above ingredients Tropicana "Pure" Berry this is NOT the Pure Essential it is their brand new product thats all natural with no additives. Located in the Produce Department...Just add 1/4 cup for a wonderful flavor. Makes my smoothie taste like i'm cheating its that good.

If ya can't find Tropicana Pure then you can use Old Orchard "Healthy Balance" Light Grape Juice only 1/4 cup. This juice is located in the Juice Isle at the supermarket....Either one of those really enchances the flavor.

Hope y'all like it.
