Default Banana Pancakes- P1

4 egg whites
1 banana
1/3 oatmeal

mix all together, fry it up and enjoy
i got this recipe from the calorie count website and was surprised how well it worked, i always eat it for lunch

Also, add in some cinnamon if you like ( i add it at the end to have a couple plain and a couple Cinnamon )
or try it with 2 egg whites if you want a more banana taste

From my count, it's about 217 calories (depends, of course, on the kind of oatmeal you're using, size of banana, et al).

I had these this morning and it was great I stuck my stuff in the blender to really get it at a pancake consistency. A little left over after making 3 big pancakes, so I stuck it in a ziplock baggy.

Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Hi there! This sounds great, but is it 1/3 cup of "cooked" oatmeal, or "raw" oatmeal....thanks!

Thanks so much for this recipe! I make a version of these alllll the time now.

Just in case anyone doesn't like bananas or plantains, I've also made these with apples and they are great!
