Default Hash Brown Home Fries MMM

This is really yummy and easy to make...

Preheat oven to 430 degrees

Wash, Peel and Dice One Large Sweet Potato into little cubes

Dice an Onion (about 1/4 to 1/2 of an Onion)

Put them both into a bowl and pour 1 Tbs of Olive Oil Extra Light mix it up

Pour it over a Pam sprayed cookie sheet, dash with garlic, mrs. dash (table blend) and pepper.

Bake for 17 minutes take em out and flip them bake for another 12 to 15 minutes.

Lightly salt (optional)

And Enjoy!!!

Liz

these were amazing...I added a teaspoon of fresh minced garlic (my favorite food in the entire world)...I tend to add it to pretty much everything
