Here is one i found so i can't take any credit but tried it tonite and it taste great!
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk ( i used skim milk with a tsp of vanilla)
1 banana mashed
splenda or stevia to taste
cinnamon to taste
Combine ingredients and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
i think i might try this with adding in an egg white or egg white powder for extra protein next time.
mmm this sounds yummy I think I'll try it tomorrow!
