Yet another smoothie recipe!!
Hi all - I'm following P1 and have been doing a smoothie for breakfast each morning. Needless to say, I play around with the recipe quite a lot. Made one this AM that was especially good. I don't care for yogurt in my smoothies, but it could be added.:
1/2 banana 1/2 c crushed pineapple (unsweetened or fresh) 1 c skim milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp Splenda 2 ice cubes All that was missing was the little umbrella! :beach: |
