Default oatmeal spice cookies (P1 and P2)

This is a take on the other smashing cookies. I might be stretching it with the oatmeal so maybe wait until P2 but they are really good and I'm enjoying these almost every night.

2 packets of Quaker Weight Control Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal (you could use the Banana Weight Control or the Cinnamon)
1 egg white
dash cinnamon
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
dash of vanilla extract

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes - longer if you want them crunchier!

Enjoy!

I'm not on fat smash but those sound tasty. I might have to try 'em...anything to get an extra cookie in

I can stil have my cookies.... wonder if vanilla bean is allowed in phase one, if so it might be better to add that instead of the extract
Who knows, it's a thought though
