Hi guys,

The other night at support group went great! We had 5 girls there, the group is growing. We did an education piece on anger management that i put together, they seemed interested and like they got something from it, it spurred other conversations, we had really good interaction. I was pleased. I'm trying to make a plea to area churchs in the area to volunteer time so we can offer day-care for the ladies, think that would really impact the groups.

Check out my ticker, had great news at WI yesterday. 10 lbs. total!!! And i was sure i'd be up, so i learned a few lessons yesterday, including not being so pessimistic.

Prayers for all! I'll try to post individually at lunch.

hello ladies,
well it's happened. i hit a deprssive spot. i lost 2 lbs last week and gained 1 lb back this week. i haven't heard from anyone out there. i'm feeling like i'm doing this by myself. i tell myself "it's a new day and i get to start over." i't not working. where is everyone. i'm having a hard time getting my BS down. i was dehydrated when i went to the DRs. yesterday. they had to poke me 3 times to draw blood. i have been doing well on water. or so i thought. how are the rest of you doing. i need to get back to healthy choices. especially when my hubby is gone alot. i really don't like cooking for myself. i really go off making wise choices. that and the late night eating. hope things are going well with you sunny, lennie and pitchpoo. talk later.
