Default I need some advice

Hi, I am starting a low fat diet and was wanting to know some guidelines to go by. I am male, 6'6, 34 yrs old and weigh 280. I am a former college football player who is somewhat still active. How many grams of fat daily? Calories? Carbs? I want to lose it the right way. God Bless and thank you for any help you can give me.

I think the lack of answers might be an indication of how many people are not doing low fat diets anymore. They have pretty much been proven not to be very effective. Might I suggest South Beach as it is about good fats and good carbs.

I do want to wish you good luck no matter how you choose to lose weight though.

Or Body For Life maybe? It suggests less than 20% calories from fats (I think).
