Are you talking about saying or listening to the rosary during your work out? Sometime when I walk I listen to and audio tape of the rosary instead of music especially on the day's I have a hard time getting motivated.
I've done it while swimming laps. Also sometimes while swimming laps will repeat a short phrase or even just one word (like "love" or "peace") as a form of prayer and meditation. This feels like giving my mind and spirit some workout at the same time as my body. I think lap swimming is the most conducive because it is so solitary and repetitive.
