Have any of you found that there is a direct link in your day to day diet success with your attention to Christ and reading of His word?
I have found, that days (usually mornings) where I spend concentrated time in His word and talking with Him, that I struggle less with staying on plan. I know this is no coincidence. Because, He promises that He is my strength and my support and rock when I fail and can overcome my weaknesses. So, when I first commit my day to Him, He seems to overide any feelings that may tempt me to over eat or eat wrong things.
What have you guys discovered?
