i could use prayer..
We lost our dog gizmo Saturday. i was decorating our back yard for our youngest surprise bday party ,and the gate was open, gizmo never strays to far from us as he gets scared easily, anyways i thought i heard a car and i looked up and he was gone my daughter is devastated as well as i am, she had took his collar of as she does sometimes cause she thinks its to tight for him (shes 9), we have been to the dog shelter and all over the neighborhood, we are posting signs so it would be wonderful if yall can pray for gizzys safe return. thanks!

One thing look it up on craigslist! Post a picture of him with a LOST DOG title and look up all the "found dog" posts- I've reunited 2 dogs with owners this way in the past few months alone  I just take their photo- put "found dog" and a photo or description and wait for a call. Don't delay!

PS Is Gizmo microchipped ? If he is that will be a big help in his being returned home. If not when he does get home have hime microchipped.

As an owner of two golden retrievers I can understand your pain....prayers for a safe return of Gizmo.
I also ditto what Bargoo says on microchipping...mine are.

^PRAYERS^ going up that your doggy is safely returned to your family ... Putting up pictures in your area (town/city) is a good idea so that if people see him, they can contact you ...

Prayers in Texas for his safe return. Please check the local dog pound as soon as possible and other shelters. Without a collar they might of thought someone threw him out and took him to one.

thank you ladies , unfortunately gizzy was not micro-chipped but we have been doing all of the above and even more, we wont stop till he is home safe!

One more suggestion, check your veterinarians, in your town and next to your town. Someone might of found him and took him to get his shots in order to keep him their selves.

Have you put a picture of Gizzy in your local newspaper with your name, address, and/or phone # ... sometimes, people might see someone walking with them at a park or wherever, and recognize him ... prayers continue!
