Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone else is doing the Lords Table. I seen there was a thread for it in 2008 but do not see a current one. Is there one? I was doing Ideal Protein but could no longer pay that amount so I am giving this a shot again Thought I would see if anyone else is doing it

Smile The Lord's Table
Hi Shiela. My name is Julie. I am doing the Lord's Table. I have finished phase 1 and am 8 days into phase 2 right now. It has been a tremendous experience. I began my journey at 200 lbs (at 5'3") and am now down to 181lbs...Praise the LORD!!! I couldn't have done it without Him. The Lord's Table study is life changing to say the least. I would highly recommend it to you if you are thinking about doing it. It's a must not only for weight loss, but for spiritual growth for life. Could y'all please share what the Lords table or web site for I don't know anything about it.Also you can be on any diet with Value Your Body, God does! Let's Diet Together, anyone is welcome to join us. We might could learn something from you. Thanks Bootsie

Though you do have to register but it is free. I just joined today so I have nothing else to add yet. Let me know if you decide to check it out.

Sure Bootsie.
The Lords Table (TLT) is a Bible study with the focus being on feeding on Jesus and focusing on Him instead of focusing on food. It it a wonderful study that has shown me so much about myself and has grown me tremendously, giving me victory over my bad eating habits through feeding on Scripture. Everything they teach you about your eating habits is backed by Scripture. It is truly an amazing study. I'm going to try to start a blog here, if it will let me.
