Pray pray pray pray and pray some more. Go into a fast and pray that God breaks you down and convicts you. That is what He did to me. He broke me and convicted me. Food became such a vile nasty sin for me at the beginning of my weight loss journey which was completely ordained by Him by the way. Eating something off plan would have been as bad as going out doing drugs and having sex with a stranger or another woman or anyone for that matter! THAT is how convicted and aware of food I became.
You have it in you, just dig deeper and pray harder. Once that revelation comes, it will be so easy! You are chosen, you are blessed!
