Default Which is better WeighDown or Thin Within?
Which do you think is better? I tried a lot of diets and even WD a few years ago.The principles of her older books seems like the best way to lose weight.Please give me your opinion.I am thinking about rejoining Weight Watchers but I am having my doubts that this will work for me. Thanks,Patricia

I am following Thin Within and I absolutely love it!!! It has gripped my soul and for the first time in my life something is working!!! It's God of course, but that's because I'm letting Him and I'm listening to Him!!
