We have a potluck at church tomorrow, I'm going to make spinach manicotti. Yum! Think I will also make Gooey Pumpkin squares...the only way to make those is if you take them somewhere. SO good - SO NOT good for you!

My baby took a nap again this morning. Second morning nap of his whole life. The sleep book is helping tremendously. I'm actually still in my pj's...hoping to go back to bed when the little ones nap. **crosses fingers**

Made some Chicken Nachos for lunch with lowfat cheese and sour cream. My plate came in around 300 calories. Hoping to go to the park again this afternoon. The ol' back is pretty sore so no run today. I have an MRI scheduled for Tuesday. Maybe get some answers then.

Supper will be something relatively easy...maybe frozen... ;)

Beginning tomorrow I'm going to be doing a weekly weigh in every Saturday, and beforehand I'll be doing a "last chance workout" lol..

I got to thinking, and I'm wondering if anyone else wants to participate in a weekly weigh in together? We can do a weekly thread to post our weights, our thoughts and how the week went overall for us.

What do you think?

Any plans for the weekend? I have started doing my grocery shopping on Friday nights so that I don't have to go anywhere on Saturdays. It's pretty sweet when I can take a nap on Saturday afternoon.

Last night I started using some sleep training on my 6mo old. A girlfriend gave me a book called Goodnight, Sleep Tight by Kim West (The Sleep Lady). I did what was recommended for his age and he slept from 7pm until 12am. It was touch and go from there but he stayed in his crib and I think everyone got more sleep.

Right now he's taking a morning nap...a first ever morning nap. At his peds appointment on Tuesday, they said he should be sleeping 16-18hrs a day. He's probably totalling 10. Not to mention the obvious problems with sleep deprivation, it can cause him to not develop properly. :( I've NEVER had a kid that wouldn't sleep. sigh...didn't know what to do!

Hooray for Friday! I'm ordering lunch in and we are watching a movie!
