I've been maintaining for just about 18 months now and the girls haven't perked up at all. At my age I'm pretty sure that's not going to happen. Now I don't mind the saggy skin compared to the fat rolls. I'm still horrified when I see pictures of the last 15 years. Here's my question though - what kind of bra have you all found that works? I am so saggy that I need full coverage so I'm sizing up to accommodate skin. However most of the bras I have found so far don't quite do the trick. After a little moving around I end up with those lovely lumps of skin popping over the top. I'm already buying full coverage, underwire, lined bras but still have problems. Has anyone found a particular brand or style that really works? Oh, and I did ask the "expert" at the bra store who had no idea what I was talking about :(

thanks!

Do the thunder thighs ever go away? Will my thighs ever not rub together?

I mix it up a lot in my workout routines. I do pilates, run (C25K), walk, dance, etc and the lower part of my thighs shrank a lot since I started. I know we all loose differently, I just wanted to know if the upper thighs will eventually join in with the lower and not touch when I walk? Or at least not cause that awful thigh rash...

ETA: Just thought I'd mention that on the bottom I'm fitting into size M/L pants and sizes 12 and some small 14s.

Hi Ladies!

As I was changing this afternoon to go for a walk in my local park, I noticed how much my boobs are sagging these days.:( I'm 35 and know that it's part of the getting older and losing weight thing. But they are looking so deflated. I know that I cannot fill in what I lost with wieght training, but do you think that I could possibily lift them a bit with weight training? Plastic surgery is unfortunately not a future possibility due to finances.

I'm single, what man would ever want me with saggy boobs?:cry: Maybe it's the PMDD talking, it's makes me so depressed!

I'm 41 yrs. old and recently lost 66 lbs. I have lost this much weight twice before, after my children were born. I was 20 and 28 yrs. old then and had no problems with loose skin even though i never walked a lot or worked out. This time is totally different! I started at 173 lbs and am now 107lbs. and I have loose skin everywhere, just hanging and sagging. Especially under my upper arms, upper thighs and stomach. My butt cheeks even sag! I've been power walking and doing some jogging 6 days a week for the last 10 months, and am very active. Once in a while I do 40 min. of fast dancing to my favorite music, especially when it rains or it is too cold to walk outside. I'm on my feet all day and don't get to sit til 8pm. The only change i see from the walking is my hips got flatter and my muscles in my legs are firmer. It did not help the loose skin on my upper thighs. Can anyone tell me if this is because of my age? Can the loose skin be tightened by any other exercise? or is it hopeless because of my age? Thanks everyone!

I just have some questions for those with any experience in the cellulite/loose skin department...

1) This might be a really stupid question so I apologize but where else can I ask it lol? ;)
How do you tell the difference between loose skin and fat?
I feel like I might be beginning to see loose skin, which I understand comes with the territory. But at the same time, I can't really be sure if it's fat or just skin. I realize this sounds ridiculous!

2) Does cellulite go away?
Or at lease the majority of it? I am riddled with cellulite just about anywhere one can imagine

Obviously I am willing to accept both of these problems so it isn't that I'm necessarily freaking out about it. I'm just very curious lol.
I'm losing weight for health and I know that I will never wear a bikini and that's perfectly fine with me :D

So... does anyone know? :^:
