Has anyone read and followed the 5-Factor Fitness book by Harley Pasternak? Its 25 minutes a day. 2 exercises, one lower body, one upper body, a core exercise, and ten minutes of cardio. I'm wondering if anyone has done it and liked the results? I only have about 5 pounds to lose, and I'd like to tone up, so this seemed like a good option. Please let me know if you've tried it!
