i have been looking for an effective workout to do at home and i have recently been looking into getting a mini tramp but i live upstairs in a small, small apt. and i was just wondering if this is a good idea and if mini tramps are a good thing for daily excerise and weightloss?

I'm not sure about the apatment thing, probably whether it's carpeted or not. There's differences in rebounders too. I had one I bought from Sears and the springs made a lot of noise after time. I now have an Urban Rebounder and like it a lot more. It's gentler on my joints. Yes, rebounders are good for your cardio vascular and I always feel like I have more energy after I'm done. It will definitely get your heart a pumping...hope this helps.
