For people using Fitday...and question about logging exercise
I was just wondering...seeing as Fitday has no listing for the elliptical machine, what do you guys use? I don't really trust the calorie listing on the machine, so i don't want to try and just fudge it under a different name to get the same amount. Anyone have a solution?
Since I use the elliptical daily, I wanted to have this on my FitDay as well. I just added it as a custom exercise. I used the data I get off the machine, but scaled it down a little. You can also go to various websites and plug in your stats age and find out how many calories you're burning on an elliptical then put this info in a custom created exercise in your FitDay. Hope this helps!
