I have just bought a chd heart rate monitor. It's only a cheap one. and it has forteen funtions.
I have set the clock , ok and i have followed the instructions to set up the fat burning program.
I haven't used any of the other funtions yet.
What I would like help with is how to use the heart rate monitor.
The manual is only how to set up the functions , it doesn't go on about the programs them selves or how to set up to use in a workout. Like after you have set up for the fat burning program , when do you use the stop watch , how do you switch back to clock mode after using it . etc. I have loads of questions.
