Question help needed with heart rate monitor

hi
I have just bought a chd heart rate monitor. It's only a cheap one. and it has forteen funtions.
I have set the clock , ok and i have followed the instructions to set up the fat burning program.
I haven't used any of the other funtions yet.

What I would like help with is how to use the heart rate monitor.

The manual is only how to set up the functions , it doesn't go on about the programs them selves or how to set up to use in a workout. Like after you have set up for the fat burning program , when do you use the stop watch , how do you switch back to clock mode after using it . etc. I have loads of questions.

Can anyone help

thank you for replying . My heart rate monitor is just calle CHD 14 function heart rate monitor. Any help would be most welcome. I can set the programs by following the instructions. I just don't know how to use it.
if you know what I mean ???



Meg could I ask you a question ?
it's been about 15 yrears since I was fit and slim. I think I have forgotten how a slim person eats . Would you mind telling me what would be a normal days menu for your self.
