Does anybody have any advice as to what types of exercise will reduce love handles?? I know that most people will agree that it's impossible to spot-train, but there *must* be some kind of exercise that targets the love handles. Anybody, anybody, Buehler?
I have something that I do...which is pilates based- one thing *this is going to be hard to describe*
you have to be up on your elbow streched out so your torso is up in the air
then crunch down touching your other elbow to the floor...I learned this from Denise Austin....works like a charm my sides have never been stronger...Hope this helps.
